All visual content containing depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Skacia.com is created, produced, and uploaded exclusively by independent third-party Content Creators.
Skacia S.r.l. operates as a technology service provider and a platform hosting user-generated content (UGC). Skacia contractually requires all creators to certify they are over 18 years of age and maintain evidence of the consent and age of any co-performer. To ensure maximum international legal compliance, Skacia collects and maintains identity verification records (KYC / Biometric Verification) of all creators who monetize or publish on the platform, adhering to the record-keeping requirements applicable under United States federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75).
Certain content on the platform may be exempt from these requirements (for example, non-explicit images or computer-generated/AI content that does not involve real people). However, Skacia assumes, as a strict precautionary measure, that all content is subject to the law and requires prior approval through the KYC process.
Custodian of Records
Records certifying that all individuals depicted in the content were over the age of 18 at the time of production are securely maintained and available for legal inspection in accordance with applicable regulations.
All documentation required by law is kept on file at:
