- "Content Creator" (or "Creator") refers to verified users who create, publish, and monetize digital content, offer in-person experiences, or live streams.
- "Member" (or "Consumer") refers to registered users who purchase Tokens to access premium content and interact with Creators.
- "Tokens" refers to the internal virtual currency used to purchase services (10 Tokens ≈ $1 USD).
- "XP" (Experience Points) refers to non-monetary loyalty points earned through activity.
3. Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if older) to use Skacia. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement to view and consume adult content.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Registration
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4.2 Verification
Every Content Creator must successfully complete our strict identity verification process (KYC) before they can monetize. If the content includes more than one person, the Creator guarantees that they possess the express, documented, and written consent of all participants, and that all are over 18 years of age. Skacia requires each co-participant to create and verify an individual account or provide the corresponding 2257 documentation.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
5. Permitted Content and Conduct
5.1 Adult Content
Skacia allows the distribution of consensual adult content, live streams, and the coordination of exclusive experiences.
5.2 Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)
The following is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual content (revenge porn), extreme violence, bestiality, necrophilia, and deepfakes/AI that impersonate real identities without consent.
5.3 User Conduct
Skacia strictly prohibits the use of the Platform to facilitate, promote, or coordinate human trafficking, forced sex work, or acts of illegal prostitution. Any private agreement outside of this framework is the sole responsibility of the users.
6. Tokens, XP, and Crypto Payments
6.1 Token Economy
Skacia operates with a virtual currency system ('Tokens'). Tokens are not real money and have no monetary value outside of the Platform. They are used to unlock contacts, purchase content, and tip. The standard reference rate is 10 Tokens = $1 USD, subject to change.
6.2 Cryptocurrency Payments
Purchases are processed exclusively using cryptocurrencies. The user assumes the network costs (gas fees). By using third-party gateways, you accept their Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If a transaction is held due to risk, the user must provide the required information (KYC/AML) to release the funds.
6.3 No Refunds
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all Token purchases are final and non-refundable.
6.4 XP (Experience Points)
XP are loyalty points earned by consuming Tokens or interacting with the platform. XP cannot be purchased directly or exchanged for real money. They are used solely to determine user tiers and unlock features.
6.5 Payouts for Creators
Users verified as Creators can request the withdrawal of Tokens legitimately earned on the Platform, converting them to cryptocurrencies. Skacia establishes a minimum withdrawal amount. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any payout if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, violations of these Terms, or if the user fails the identity checks (KYC) required by our security team or financial providers.
6.6 Bonus Tokens
Skacia may grant "Bonus Tokens" as part of promotions, registrations, or rewards. These promotional Tokens are used exclusively for internal consumption on the Platform. Under no circumstances are Bonus Tokens eligible to be withdrawn or converted to cryptocurrencies by any user, including Content Creators.
7. Intellectual Property and DMCA
Creators retain the rights to their content, but grant Skacia a worldwide license to host, display, and distribute such content. Skacia respects copyright laws (DMCA). If you believe your content has been stolen, please send a notice to [email protected].
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Data Collection
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
9. Content Moderation
9.1 Reporting
Users can report inappropriate or illegal content.
9.2 Removal
Skacia reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
10. Termination
10.1 Account Termination
Skacia may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10.2 Data Deletion
Upon account termination, user data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Skacia is not responsible for user-generated content or interactions between users, whether online or in-person. Skacia operates exclusively as a technology service provider and a connection platform. We are not an agency, employer, or direct intermediary. We do not verify criminal backgrounds or the health status of users. Interactions between users are conducted at your own exclusive risk. You release Skacia, its officers, and employees from any liability for damages, injuries, losses, or legal disputes arising from interactions originating on the Platform. We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
